This incident has been resolved. The fix has been deployed and verified in production for Sue messaging and Write with Sue.
If you still see an error, please close and reopen Mana, then try again. No app update is required.

Monitoring
Some educators using older versions of the Mana app were unable to send messages to Sue or continue Write with Sue. Existing conversations remained readable.
We have deployed a fix and verified that Sue messaging and Learning Story creation are working in production. Please close and reopen Mana, then try again; no app update is required.
We are monitoring recovery and following up with affected educators.
