iOS app freezing or closing unexpectedly
Resolved - Update — 22 October 2026: Mana for iOS version 2.13.1 is now available in the App Store. Please update Mana to receive the mitigation for this issue. iOS status has been restored to Operational.

Original closure — 21 October 2026: Mana for iOS version 2.13.1 (3553), containing the mitigation for this issue, was submitted to Apple and was waiting for review. The incident was closed following submission; Apple approval and App Store availability were pending at that time.

Identified - We’ve identified the issue affecting the Mana app on iOS and are releasing a new app version to address it. We’ll share another update when the release is available.
